"I felt very accomplished po lalo na't first time kong sumayaw nang todo-todo in front of thousands of people and dala pa namin yung name ng G-Force", pagmamalaki ni Cherryz.
Aminado ito na 'di siya magaling na dancer pero pinagsikapan daw nito na magawa ang bawat steps na tinuturo sa kanya ni teacher Sherwin for Millenial Jazz.

"I'm not a very good dancer po kasi. Super conscious ako sa ginagawa ko and I felt smaller nung nakita kong ang gagaling and flexible nung mga kasama ko pero everyone naman po is welcoming so na-overcome ko agad yung fears ko".
How long have you been dancing?
"Not too long ago actually. A little sway of hips isn't really dancing. So dito sa G-Force po yung pinaka-first proper dancing workshop ko and plan ko, to continue!"
How does dance inspire you?
"Dancing is a lot like life, marami kang gagawing steps and decisions, magkakamali ka, sometimes malalaglag ka, but as Teacher Sherwin said, It doesn't matter so keep on going. May mistakes ka man, at least, you gave your all".

Do you hope to become a professional dancer one day?
"Definitely! Marami pa po akong kailangan i-improve pero I'm determined naman po and marami rin nagsu-support specially my parents and sisters, so I know kaya ko".
What type of dance do you practice?
"The class I took sa G-Force po is Millennial Jazz. It's very different from the usual dances like hip-hop and street pop, I think it's harder rin kasi most moves require flexibility. Other than Millennial Jazz, gusto ko rin pong mag-try ng hip-hop".
What has dance taught you?
"Dancing is hard and magiging mas mahirap siya if you keep on thinking about the steps and what to do next. kapag nag-overthink ka, there's a bigger chance na magkakamali ka. So it's better to just go with the flow and have fun".
Do you have a diet to keep yourself fit and healthy?
"Siyempre po! Kailangan yung kain may portion and oras. I try to eat meals on small plates po so kaunti lang yung food na mailalagay hahaha!"
Favorite dancer?
"Teacher G!!! First time I saw her, natulala ako. Nasa isip ko, wow ang ganda ni teacher Georcelle. Then I saw her dance sa MOA ARENA, mas humanga ako, sabi ko sa sarili ko, I want to be like her one day".
What do you think is the key to success?
"The usual answer would be determination, patience and hard work. Of course kailangan talaga yun pero I think importante rin na you're happy with what you're doing and you're having fun, you're with people who has as much passion as you sa ginagawa nyo so you support and help each other".

What was your most embarrassing dance moment?
"Luckily nung concert po sa MOA, 'di ako nagkamali, pero the first day of practice po I really couldn't keep up. Mabilis yung dance, 'di ako ganun ka-flexible so madalas po nahuhulog ako".
Have you met new people from dancing?
"Yes!! My classmates from Millennial Jazz are very fun to be with, sa classes medyo quiet pa yung iba pero nung nasa concert na, bonding na lahat!"
What do you want to do next?
"I want to continue dancing po. Sobrang takot ako to dance dati but when I went to G-Force, nagbago yung perspective ko. Sobrang saya!".
